Sinter HIP Furnace Series
Our Sinter-HIP furnace series are designed to integrate the functions of pressure de-waxing, vacuum de-waxing, vacuum sintering, TORVAC, partial pressure sintering, pressure sintering, atmosphere sintering, fast cooling and etc.
With atmosphere sintering function, process gases like Ar, H2, CH4, N2 or gas mixture can be used to control chamber atmosphere of de-waxing and sintering process.
Equipped with special de-waxing mechanism, the furnace is mainly used to remove binders such as rubber and PEG.

3. Furnace body is strictly manufactured according to JB 4732 of Steel Pressure Vessels-Design by Analysis.

5. At the final moment of sintering, owing to adopting the sintering with pressure, it improves product compactness, reduces product porosity, and improves the mechanical capability.
